Katy Perry and Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy, have ended their relationship. On New Year’s eve Travis wrote on his blog:

While it sounds more like Travis is threatening to break up if things don’t get better, Katy will no doubt finish what Travis started.

The son of Dr. Dre, Andre Young Jr., officially died from an overdose of heroin and morphine, the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner confirmed today. The coroner spokesman Larry Dietz said:

"This case has been closed, it’s been ruled an accident due to morphine and heroin intoxication."

Young, who was 20 years-old, was found unresponsive by his mother, Jenita Porter (40), in their Woodland Hills, California, home on the morning of August 23.

Dr. Dre’s publicist Lori Earl previously said in a statement:

"Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son. Please respect his family’s grief and privacy at this time."

All that potential wasted on drugs.

The son John Travolta, Jett Travolta, who was 16 years-old, died today in Rand Memorial Hospital in the Bahamas.

Jett was on vacation with his father and mother, Kelly Preston, when he had a seizure. Attempts to revive Jett were unsuccessful, and he died according to Travolta’s attorney Michael Ossi.

According to John Travolta, Jett had Kawasaki Syndrome, a condition which often leads to heart disease.

Our condolences to the Travolta family. This is very sad news.

Rick Salomon is being sued by Gertrude Harutunian, who alleges Salomon hosted a drug-fueled party last July at his home in the Hollywood Hills. Gertrude alleges "cocaine, meth, pot and alcohol which were freely given out …." at the party.

Gertrude alleges the drugs and alcohol caused Buddy Segal, Salomon’s roommate, to pull Harutunian from a bed by her hair, "strike, hit and throw" her while Salomon watched. Gertrude alleges Segal then dragged her across a room to a shower, and threw her inside, as "Salomon watched and conspired with Segal to hurt and injure her."

We’ll see how this plays out in court.

Salomon is the ex husband of Shannen Doherty, and Pamela Anderson, and he made an intimate tape with Paris Hilton.

Miley Cyrus has made some New Year’s resolutions:

• Stop bashing ex boyfriends in the media
• Wear more clothes in photoshoots
• Stop leaking naughty pictures
• Stop bashing fellow Disney stars
• Date men who won’t go to jail for dating her

Actually, none of those were on Miley’s list. Miley told the paparazzo her resolution was to eat healthy and exercise more. Two things a 40 year-old might have to worry more about than a 16 year-old. Maybe next year, when Miley is more grown up, she’ll take a closer look at things she can do to really improve herself.
